QShield is Qatar's leading immigration services provider, working with clients across multiple sectors including IT, education, healthcare, defense, financial services, and more. From providing government certificates for business visas to handling contracts with companies as well as any necessary business documents required by the government.

CHALLENGES 

In regards to internal operations, QShield relied on a system that seemed to be outdated as it hindered the ability to customize operations and match requirements such as efficiently structuring data, increasing productivity, and easily communicating with customers. The necessity to adopt an eService solution became fundamental to their business operations due to its vital role in better management of services.

Furthermore, QShield expressed the need to obtain an advanced operational solution, one that specifically enhances the quality of processing and tracking governmental applications like visa documents and contracts for dependents and companies.



SOLUTION & ADDED VALUE 

Ever Business Solutions intervened to fulfill QShield's scope of work: the development of a full eService portal that allowed their offices to handle all operations efficiently. EBS developed the needed features using the licensed smart business management software, Odoo Enterprise, by leveraging integrated Odoo apps such as: 

  • Odoo Contacts; a solution used to successfully store, manage, import and export contact details to keep track of all interactions.

  • Odoo Employees; a platform that allows users to gather all information regarding employees and manage their contracts, timesheets, leave requests, and more.

  • Odoo Approvals; a solution used for the management of employee requests and approval processes, from employee submissions to manager approvals.

  • Odoo Helpdesk; a solution designed for better customer care and support through a ticketing system, integrated with SLA monitoring for better customer service.

  • Odoo Website; a set of apps that maintain the company's online presence and support its online services and applications.

  • Odoo Documents; a solution highlighting a paperless approach for an easier process of recording bills, scanning contracts and approving documents, all stored in one place with instant access.

  • Odoo Studio; a platform used to create and customize apps easily within Odoo with no coding required.

As a result of the integration of the aforementioned modules, QShield was capable of enhancing its processes by tracking and monitoring employees' and dependents' applications, in addition to managing companies with their corresponding contracts. The organization was thereby able to have a clear view of its services through advanced dashboard and business intelligence reporting for better management and increased productivity.
