Crumble is a leading confectionery and chocolate manufacturing company based in Metn, Lebanon, since 1984. They deal with over 400 clients locally and 100 clients internationally, with a great vision for the best hand-crafted creative sweets.
As an establishment in the manufacturing industry, Crumble expressed the need to evaluate and upgrade the institution's business operations as its previous system only tackled retail and inventory, with a substantial unavailability in monitoring. In the absence of a modern and efficient full solution, the necessity to expand horizons towards a better system capable of managing internal and external operations was brought to light. A system that not only enhances the company's capabilities but also aims for a sustainable and more profitable business.
SOLUTION & ADDED VALUE
Ever Business Solutions interceded with a vision for a better future in manufacturing, suggesting an enhanced operational system with better functionality towards the business: a full Odoo ERP integration that tackles every region of their manufacturing industry. The solutions components included HR for departments and employees, a payroll system to manage salaries and track contracts, accounting for clear finance analytics, helpdesk for customer support, in addition to sales and manufacturing modules, which Ever Business Solutions offered to Crumble. With this new initiative, Crumble was able to better and more accurately track costs, while improving inventory traceability and increasing visibility for trade and raw materials.
With the support of an experienced technical team allocated for the project, Ever Business Solutions developed and implemented a customized and tailored solution on top of existing modules to improve the company's operations: Upgrading the workflow and service performance by providing better decision-making, avoiding redundancy and data loss, as well as enhancing transparency by building trust between the company and its customers.
